The pilot will tell you

If you bid on donor or government work, four weeks is enough to know.

Built for our own bid desk. Now four desks.

We built Given because we were losing tenders we should have seen. Four organisations now read theirs through it — Oneclickroad, TalkingSense, a development consultancy, and us. None of them has used it for a year yet. Bring your last quarter's bids and we'll show you what you didn't see.

The desks that read through it.

Given is new, so this list is short and every name on it is real. We add a name only once that organisation has said we may.

Aitropolis

We built Given for our own bid desk, and still read through it every morning.

A morning with Given.

Reads

UN, World Bank, UNGM, EU TED. Nothing is filtered by keyword. Everything is scored.

Tenders scored so far

Questions people ask in the first minute.

Does it read grants?

No. It reads procurement: UN, World Bank, UNGM and EU TED. Grant portals are a different thing and we don't pretend to cover them.

Which portals, exactly?

Four today: the UN's own tender pages, World Bank procurement, UNGM, and EU TED. Plus any email digest you forward to it.

Whose data is this?

The tenders are public. Your profile, your markets and what you do with the list are yours, and stay yours.

How is the score made?

Each tender is read against your 13 capability areas and the markets you work in, then given a fit score. It is a fit score, not a promise of winning.

Can I stop?

Yes. It is monthly. Email us and it stops at the end of the month.

Who else uses it?

Four organisations so far. Oneclickroad and TalkingSense have said we may name them; the fourth is a development consultancy we’ll name when they’re ready. And us — Aitropolis’s own bid desk reads through it every morning.
